I just want to apologise for and inconvenience caused by our Customer booking system going down.
We lost any customer information from people trying to contact us through the Web site and phone system as it all relies on the Internet operating correctly.
Hopefully it's all been resolved now.
Also I would like to say a BIG MASSIVE thank you to all our lovely customers that have sent get well cards and texts for Thomas.
This year has been a very worrying and challenging time for us all as a family.
He is on the mend now and back out there grooming but has left him feeling a little insecure in him self.
Anyone who has been there will understand what I'm saying.
So thank you for your kind words and support it is much appreciated especially for Tom.
Thank you for staying with us during this time.
