❄️ Icy Weather & Appointments ❄️

We completely understand that during icy conditions some of you may not feel comfortable driving, and your safety is always important to us.

However, we’d like to kindly remind everyone that our usual 48 hours’ notice policy still applies for all appointment cancellations or changes, regardless of the weather.

We politely ask that you check the weather forecast ahead of time and let us know as early as possible if you feel you may be unable to travel. This helps us avoid late-notice cancellations and allows us the chance to offer appointments to other clients.

Late cancellations or no-shows unfortunately leave us unable to fill appointments at short notice, which has a big impact on our small business.

If you have been a client of mine for several years you will remember my beautiful standard poodle Harley - known as my β€˜receptionist’ for many years until he began his long battle with cancer in 2023. 2.5 years later he defied his 3month life sentence by a long mile. Unfortunately yesterday he sadly crossed over rainbow bridge. I wanted to remember his life by sharing some of my favourite memories of him in the salon 🀍 I wouldn’t be the groomer I am today without this boy standing so stoically for hours on end whilst I practiced over and over every haircut you could possibly imagine. The very first day I got him at 8 weeks old I had my clippers and scissors at the ready πŸ™ˆ

Always remembered, our Harley πŸ€πŸ–€ πŸ•ŠοΈ
