Good morning everyone, yesterday we exchanged contracts for our big move, we will get a date probably monday now but it will be quick due to cash buyer no mortgage or chain involved, so will be going within days, which means sadly due to this and needing to finish packing up and the rest of the sorting out etc we can no longer facilitate any further visits, We are so sorry to let you all down at such short notice, This has come quicker than we anticipated, Tuesday will be our last visit for 2025 we thank you all for having us and supporting us in our journey, wishing you all a very merry Christmas and happy new year, many thanks kelly and the team 😊
