Just a wee shout out to our customers at
Zee n Ms pet supplies Fauldhouse.
Thank you for your patience as we have had shop open with some reduced hours over the past 2 weeks due to us being away on holiday.
Am sure you will all agree Stevie and Sharon have done a great job looking after you all in our absence.
We will be back on Saturday to business as usual.
However we move house on Friday 27th so will be closed the Friday Saturday and re open to normal working hours on the Monday.

Notice to all grooming customers.
It is very important that if you are not able to come to the appointment YOU made for your dog.
You give us a minimum of 24hrs notice. not showing up is not good enough.
We have had 2 no shows today. And 5 no shows last week. All in £330 so we both lost £165 each from our wages in just over a week.
A no show is giving us no chance to fill the space. W
hen you don't show.
This money comes out of mine and zaras wages.
How would you feel if you went to work and end of the day your boss said.
Oh we didn't take a lot in today so I will have to deduct your wages by £40 each today.
That's what happens each time you don't show up to appointments you make at a groomer and a hairdresser.
And this is exactly why we are now taking booking fees from 1st may onwards.
Please understand the consequences of simply not turning up or not giving enough notice.

ADVANCED NOTICE
To all our grooming customers.
Due to the high volume of no shows, between Xmas and now, without exception.
We are introducing a booking fee.
Our little business has lost in excess of £1000 since Xmas to date.
Going forward, we can't possibly run our business in this way.
For any bookings from 1st may onwards, there will be a booking fee.
This will have to be paid the day you book your dog in for a groom.
The booking fee will be 50% off the cost of your dogs groom.
TO BE CLEAR, THIS WILL BE A NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE.
The other 50% of the groom will be paid when you collect your dog.
Please be mindful, when your dog is next being groomed, that in order to book the next appointment that same day (which is advisable as we are now very busy) if your next booking goes into May, you will be asked for the 50% booking fee to secure that appointment.
We don't want to offend anyone, so please don't take it personal, esp if you are a customer who has never let us down.
This is in order that we can continue to provide you with this service and ensure we get our wages too.
