Our Story

Welcome to Heather’s Pet Care Ltd and Heather’s Pet Services Ltd

Heather’s Pet Services Ltd provides dog walking, pet visits training and pet taxi in Bristol and Bath areas. With a team of 15 qualified and experienced dog walkers and fully kitted out vehicles for transportation. Heather’s Pet Services was established in 2006 by Heather Thomas a qualified behaviourist and business award winner. Heather is the director of the company and spends her time with behavioural cases and training as well as maintaining the company’s high standards and smooth running. Heather appointed two team leaders in 2017 to support the team on a daily basis and to carry out new inductions and training amongst other things.

Safety of your pet is paramount to us and we strive to make our health and safety the BEST. We have cameras in each of our vans in the cab and in the back, these are also fitted with the top of the ranger trackers. Each member of the team has a body camera for use when walking, the very best quality equipment and have been very highly trained and engage in continuous personal development. We have incident reporting procedures and know that communication is key, with services such as ours and therefore have a daily reporting service in place so that you can have peace of mind that your pet is in safe hands.

Heather’s Pet Care Ltd provides small scale home boarding and Day care services based in Bathampton Bath (HQ) and we have our very own grooming parlour too, catering for all grooming needs for our furry friends. Our HQ is open to many dogs throughout the year and we do not have kennels, but instead your dog will stay in our house with the comforts of their very own doggy pad and friends. Each dog that uses our boarding or day care service gets at a least 1 one hour walk each day and further stimulation as required to suit each individual. With Your pooch staying in Heather’s Home they are therefore monitored by a qualified behaviourist and an experienced animal carer of 15 years. Our HQ is also licensed by the local council to board dogs and we have upheld this licence for 11 years. We have an on call vet 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
