☀️ HEATWAVE WARNING & POLICY UPDATE ☀️
With the warmer weather and upcoming heatwave, we’d kindly ask all customers to consider whether it may be too hot for their dog to safely enjoy their session over this coming bank holiday weekend. If needed, please think ahead and reschedule with plenty of notice - we’ve been aware of the incoming heatwave for most of the week, so there has been plenty of time to make alternative arrangements if required 🐾
Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and rescheduled bookings, we have made an update to our booking policy.
From now on, all cancellations or rescheduled sessions will require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Our booking system has now been updated, meaning sessions can no longer be cancelled or moved within 24 hours of the booking time. Please note that our 24-hour notice policy for refunds remains unchanged and has always been in place.
We completely understand that unexpected situations can occasionally arise, and we appreciate your understanding and continued support.
