We just want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all the incredible dog walkers who use The Paddocks. You show up come rain, wind, mud or shine, and it’s always such a joy to see you and your packs enjoying the fields 🌿🐶

Your hard work, care, and love for the dogs never goes unnoticed - we’re so grateful for the way you keep tails wagging and paws happy every single day 🙌

Here’s to you, the everyday heroes of the dog world. Thank you for choosing The Paddocks as part of your walks! 💚

❗️IMPORTNT NOTICE ❗️

We’ve had a lot of reports recently about poo not being picked up in the fields 🚫💩 some dogs unfortunately like to eat it, which has the potential to make them very poorly! And of course, nobody wants to accidentally step in it either - unfortunately, this has happened! 👎🏼

We do our best to provide plenty of poo bags, so please be considerate and always pick up after your dog 🐾 it helps keep The Paddocks safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone. 💚

Thank you in advance for helping us look after the fields 🌿 and an extra big thank you to those who kindly pick up any missed poos left behind! 🐶🐾

As long as they’re supervised, we’ll turn a blind eye 👀😉

Tobes and Otis were on grass-cutting duty earlier this week, making sure the paddocks were looking their best before the big job kicked off… and now it’s official - harvest is underway! 🌾🚜

Between our toddler and 2 pups, there’s a lot of excitement for harvest season this year! Expect some dusty paws, golden fields, and a healthy dose of doggie harvest content coming your way soon 🐾✨

🚧 Grange Road closure this weekend 🚧

📢 Please be aware, due to the Duxford Air Show, Grange Road will be closed this weekend (Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd June).

Don’t worry - as long as you have a booking, you’ll still be able to get through! Just show your booking confirmation at the closure point and they’ll let you through ✅

Please be aware there will be low-flying planes and loud noises throughout the day ✈️🔊 - some dogs may find this unsettling.

If you think your dog might struggle and you’d prefer to reschedule, or you have any issues getting to the Paddock, please feel free to drop me a message or give me a call on 07312 126409 🐾❤️

We’ve made a few upgrades at our Bassingbourn paddock – just in time for this hot week! ☀️🐾

✅ A shady new shelter for cool-down breaks
✅ A doggie paddling pool for a splash and play
✅ A portable water bottle & bowl for you to fill up and take with you around the field

While we’re excited to share these new features, we also want to gently remind everyone to take care in the heat 🥵🌡️

Please avoid booking during the hottest parts of the day and let us know if you need to reschedule any sessions. Always put your dog’s comfort and safety first 🐶💛

Stay cool and remember to bring a towel if your pup likes a splash about! 💦

Otis, Monty & Tobes have been very busy today at the Bassingbourn Paddock - mostly barking orders for balls to be thrown and demanding biscuit breaks 🐾🎾🦴

Somehow, the new field shelter is still on track for its grand opening at the end of the week! 🐶 🎉
