📢 IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE 📢
Unfortunately, I had a no-show appointment this morning. 💔 AND a late cancellation for this afternoon too. This means time set aside specifically for your dog is lost, and I am unable to fill that space last minute.
Because of this, and to protect my business and schedule fairly for everyone, I have updated my booking policy effective immediately:
✅ All NEW clients will require a deposit to secure their booking.
💷 Deposit amount: [50% of total amount]
✅ Deducted fully from your grooming price on the day
✅ Transferable if rescheduled with MORE THAN 48 hours notice
❌ Non-refundable for cancellations under 48 hours or missed appointments
For my existing clients, please note: should cancellations or missed appointments happen regularly on your account, I will kindly ask for a deposit for future bookings too. 🤍
