Last month, we were delighted to host our very first receptionist event – an afternoon that proved to be a wonderful success! ☕🍰
The day was all about coming together to celebrate and support the vital role client care teams play within the veterinary industry. Through open discussion, we explored the referral pathway and how we can better support both practices and clients, while strengthening relationships, improving communication, and ultimately creating the best possible experience for everyone we care for.
We were honoured to welcome Danni Poole and Kay Watson-Bray from BVRA, who delivered an inspiring talk on career pathways within client care. We also heard from Jacqui Byrne at ManyPets, who shared valuable insights into pet insurance – and we’re incredibly grateful to ManyPets for their generous sponsorship of the event.
Our own exotic specialist, Dominic Byron-Chance, also joined us to give an engaging talk on rabbit emergencies, highlighting the importance of acting quickly when it matters most. 🐰
All of this was enjoyed alongside plenty of tea, coffee, cakes and scones, making for a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout the afternoon.
