James was so chilled when he came in he was almost falling asleep while I took his photo 😆. He's been coming to me for a really long time now and although his hearing isn't great anymore we manage just fine... he knows our routine and what comes next so he feels safe and happy, which makes me super happy too 😊💗

Puppies! We all love them and why wouldnt you, just look at Teddy 😍. He's been in for an introduction and 2 washes/dry/minor trims to build up that trust and positivity (he was not keen to begin with!) But in just 2 sessions he's so much happier. Well done Teddy!

It's a big commitment getting a puppy, its also a big commitment taking them on for grooming. So much time and patience to ensure they have the most positive experience which will go on to shape their entire grooming life. Its why it's so important to start them young and choose the right groomer (and try and stick with them) as that relationship is something special 🥰
