☀️ HOT WEATHER POLICY ☀️
As the temperatures rise, your dog’s safety and wellbeing always come first. During periods of hot weather, walks may be adjusted to ensure dogs remain safe and comfortable.
🐾 Walks may be:
• Shortened in duration
• Moved to earlier mornings or later evenings
• Swapped for shaded enrichment visits, garden play, or pop-ins
• Cancelled if temperatures become unsafe and pop ins will be replaced instead of the walk
Dogs can quickly overheat, and hot pavements can burn sensitive paws. I will always assess the weather conditions and make the safest decision for every dog in my care.
Please ensure your dog has access to fresh water and inform me of any concerns regarding heat sensitivity.
