Well what an audience we had when a young geese flow down onto the farm what a beauty, all the animals just stood looking at him as if to say you stopping haha so Bobbie got some corn out so maybe hungry and tied then he had a drink c vc and a bit of a nibble on the grass, we all thought give him a while to get of well we all laughed followed vicky and Geoff to the car haha then we shut the farm down ready to go home and he filled us up to the main gate walking backward and forward we were all in the car worried about him not flying off but just going away from the site then he flew off thank god for that tried.a big thank you for coming down today to all our volunteers from 8 years old to 70

about us

Greetings from Petsville, we're a new and exciting petting and therapy farm, situated on six acres of farm and woodland in Barrow upon Humber. Petsville will provide access to a unique and sustainable development for the local and wider community, catering for all ages, from pre-school to seniors, either on a one to one basis or in groups of up to 30.

We will be working with local schools and groups to help fulfil many areas of the national curriculum through education and play, using our animals, plants, habitats and the ecology of the land, all aided by our Woodland Classroom.

At Petsville our ethos is that education about animals is massively beneficial to learning, play and therapy, helping children and adults feel secure and calm.

Our site will also incorporate an inclusive sensory garden containing a wide range of educational and recreational activities, with a focus on accessibility for children and adults with disabilities and additional needs, as well as sufferers of dementia and cognitive impairment. We are a non-profit organisation, and we will be working in collaboration with Humber Business Growth Hub, The Health Tree Foundation (Charity number 1054935) and Northern Lincolnshire & Goole NHS Foundation Trust.
