Here at Heathroy we pride ourselves on giving your pet the perfect stay.Your pet is not just a boarder but becomes part of the family whilst with us. We are a small family run business with 14 purpose built kennels,ensuring a calm environment for your pet. We are fully licensed by the Vale of Glamorgan council & we accept all fully vaccinated cats and dogs 365 days a year. Large enclosed grassed e

xercise area. Individual outdoor covered runs. Underfloor Heating in all kennels. One to One attention.
10 Individual heated cat cabins. Day boarding available. Tariff - Small £11 - Medium - £12 - Large £13
Cats £7.00
All charges are per day, half daily tariffs are available on arrival and collection days. Open 9-10 am & 2-3 pm Daily

After long deliberation, we have decided to close the cattery side of the business, following extensive storm damage at the beginning of the year. We would like to thank our loyal feline parents for entrusting us with their fur babies over the years, we will miss them and the friendships we have built throughout the years 🥲

Moving forward, we will continue to focus on our canine friends that come to stay with us and look forward to seeing them soon. 🐶

Many apologies, we have no internet or phone line for the business atm.
It has been like this for a few days and been intermittent for sometime.
This will hopefully be resolved by Open Reach before 1pm today and any emails etc will then be replied to.

Just a quick update to all our customers, we are now closed and we will reopen on Monday December 9th.
We will also be closed from December 23rd at 3pm and reopen January 2nd at 9am.

Following the Welsh Government's announcement today, please note the changes to how we will be operating.

To ensure everybody's on- going safety we will be operating allocated time slots only for drop off and collection of animals. These will be arranged with yourselves upon booking.

Physical viewings of the kennels & cattery will be replaced by virtual tours.

If you are displaying possible symptoms of COVID, please arrange for another family member or friend to drop off/collect your pet.
