Kai's Dog Walking

I’m taking part in Cardiff Dogs Home’s miles for smiles fundraiser to help upgrade the kennel facilities for all of the dogs in the rescue shelter ! I will be walking 100 KM over the month of October for my challenge ! If you can donate id be so grateful for helping me achieve my goal 🤍

Each year Cardiff Dogs Home takes in over 850 stray, abandoned and unwanted dogs from Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. They want to ensure every single dog who comes into the home receives the care and attention they need to help them be reunited with their owners or find a loving new home so please help me to help the best I can !

I love all animals so much, but dogs hold such a special place in my heart and thats why this means alot to me !

Hi ! I'm Kai, I'm 15 years old and I'm currently on summer break from school ! I’m starting dog walking to keep myself occupied over the summer and have the chance to earn some money !

I have a lot of experience with dogs, I have owned and walked a Doberman, a Dogue de Bordeaux and a Staff, but I have also walked other family members' dogs. Animals are a huge passion of mine and I love all kinds of animals but I really love dogs. I don't currently have a dog of my own, so I'd love to get to walk, make connections and spend time with more amazing dogs ! I would love for you to entrust in me and let me take your 4 legged friend(s) out for some exercise ! I am not a licenced-insured walker so I understand how that might put you off but I'd be more than happy to come and meet you and your dog(s) to allow you to meet me and for me to meet your dog(s) and see if they like me as much as I'm sure ill like them !

As its summer and it’s getting hot, I don’t want you to have to worry about your dog(s) overheating and getting thirsty so I will always make sure I have water for them to drink, I will try to walk them at lower temperature times of the day (unless a certain time is requested) and I will try to walk them in places with shade

Rates (Per dog)
£5 for 30 Minutes
£6.50 for 45 Minutes
£8 for 1 Hour
+ £2 for Unfriendly / Aggressive dogs*

* I don’t mind walking nervous or unfriendly dogs, however, if your dog is known for being aggressive towards other dogs, just be honest and let me know ! I will just try and walk them somewhere with fewer dogs !
