Polite reminder- cancellation fees

Without advance notice, cancellations are chargeable.

In the past 10 days I have arrived to pick 3 different dogs up just to be told they are away on holiday and their walk/training is needed- I am yet to receive payment for these.

I understand that the summer holidays are a busy time for many, but please ensure to send a message in advance to save awkward doorstop conversations.
