☀️HOW HOT IS TOO HOT?☀️

I hope everyone has a lovely bank holiday weekend and enjoys the sun but please remember to keep your dogs safe in the warm weather!

This chart is so useful to know when you SHOULD and SHOULDN’T walk your dogs in the warm weather!

For small/medium breeds the temperatures we are getting over the next couple of days can be unsafe for them and for large breeds they are dangerous and potentially life threatening!

❗️A dog has never died from missing one or two walks but sadly dogs have died from one short walk in this heat!❗️

Please be sensible and keep your doggies safe! If anyone needs any enrichment ideas to keep dogs entertained indoors then please feel free to message me🎾🐾🦴

🚨 A little reminder about my cancellation & no-show policy 🚨

As most of you know, I’m now fully booked until September 🐶✂️🛁 and I’m doing my absolute best to fit everyone in and keep appointments running smoothly. Because my diary is so busy, it can be really difficult to swap and move appointments around at short notice.

When appointments are missed or cancelled last minute, that’s time I could have spent grooming another pup waiting for an appointment 💔🐾

Please can I kindly remind everyone of my policy:

❗ No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee before any future bookings can be made.

❗ I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the grooming fee
• Less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the grooming fee

I always send reminder messages as a courtesy, but it is still the owner’s responsibility to remember their dog’s appointment 📅🐾 Please remember you cannot reply to the automated messages and if you wish to contact me about any appointments please give me a call or message on 07305313501📞

Summer is just getting started, and it’s the perfect time to have your dog looking fresh, feeling cool, and ready for all those sunny adventures! 🌼✂️

My grooming appointments are filling up quickly as the season begins, so now’s the time to book your pup in for a full groom, tidy-up, teeth clean, or a refreshing bath.

These are my last available appointments until September, I cannot do anymore squeezing in so please make sure you’ve got your summer appointments booked in as once these have gone they are gone.

My diary is now open until the end of September.
☀️I only have the odd couple of appointments left during the summer months and I am already working extra hours to fit all the summer cuts in☀️

🐾If you are on my automatic booking in list you should have received your confirmation messages up until the end of September. Sorry if you got a re confirmation message my online system decided to put some appointments in at the wrong times.

🐾If you can’t make any of the dates or times I have sent then please give me a message as soon as possible so I can look at moving the appointment around for you.

🐾If you have already sent a message please bear with me as it takes a bit of time looking through the diary and moving things around.
