I've tried a few different methods over the last couple of months but unfortunately I'm going to have to start charging a 50% booking fee for all grooms except nail clipping. Since January I've lost around Β£500 in late cancellations and no shows which for a small business is a huge loss. It's having a huge impact financially and mentally. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will lose their booking fee. I hope you all understand.
