I've tried a few different methods over the last couple of months but unfortunately I'm going to have to start charging a 50% booking fee for all grooms except nail clipping. Since January I've lost around £500 in late cancellations and no shows which for a small business is a huge loss. It's having a huge impact financially and mentally. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will lose their booking fee. I hope you all understand.

This is cooper, he's one of my own dogs. You'd think with him being owned by a groomer that he would love being groomed but only 4 of my dogs enjoy it, 2 tolerate it and he's one of those 2, he's much better now than he used to be though. He resembles a tumbleweed most of the time. He has a really odd coat, he's meant to be a chihuahua x poodle but I'm not fully convinced 🙈 I think he would much better suit being a cat than a dog, he doesn't like doing as he's told, everything is done in his own time, he's very judgemental and he thinks he owns the place, I wouldn't change him for the world though 🥰

I can offer 7am most days if anyone would like their dog booking in when the temperature is cooler or would like to move their dogs appointment to an earlier time ☺️
