Seem to spend my days off tidying up lately 🤦 so decided to have a good declutter - I decided to declutter my life!
Anyone want to join me ? 🙂
Decluttering your life will not be an overnight process, so take your time, have fun, and enjoy the journey.
Over the next few days/weeks -
Declutter your digital life set aside half an hour, set your timer and start !
Unsubscribe from unnecessary emails, organise files, photos, delete old text messages, WhatsApp chats & groups.
Limit time on social media (set your timer ⌛ allow fifteen minutes and then get off!!) unfollow/delete negative people.
Decluttering and having a clean digital space will help improve focus, efficiency and mental clarity.
Having a clearer mental state and less time spent on distractions, simplify your commitments and routines. Take a look at your Schedule and eliminate tasks or obligations that do not align with your priorities. Declutter ! this will create a sense of clarity and control, allowing you to focus on what truly matters. 💜
Organise your home, discard old belongings that are no longer used, liked or serves a purpose, sell, donate, recycle or throw away. By organising your physical space you will create a more functional, calm and visually appealing place to live. Bringing a renewed sense of peace and productivity. 🏠
And lastly - declutter the mind 🧠 reduce mental clutter such as excessive thoughts, worries, over analysing, information overload etc by using tools such as mindfulness, meditation, journaling, practising self-care, exercising, sleep hygiene and my number one tool, setting boundaries (saying no to people/things that drain your energy, prioritise your own needs) and you will soon notice a more fulfilling life of well-being and happiness 😊
