Cockers Walkers

Dog walking service in Barrhead, Neilston, Uplawmoor and surrounding areas. Small packs, good fun, happy dogs. Hi. The hooman will yell 'don't go in the mud!' .

My name's Murphy - I'm in the 'Cockers Walkers' pack and I love it! Jacqueline (the hooman) picks me up in the morning and I go for a drive with my pals. There's usually about five of us and we have a great time together. After a while the hooman pulls over somewhere nice. We go to a few different spots every week cause we like to keep our eye on things. When we get out the car, most of us run abo

ut mental for a while. There are a couple of us who prefer to go off on our own and have a bit of a sniff, so that's fine too. When we're finished running about mental we go for a walk. If there are any newbies in the pack we show them what to do. Sometimes the new dogs don't which direction they're supposed to walk in but we keep them right. There's always a river to play in and there's usually mud to splash around in. That means we need to go as fast as we can straight into the mud. Sometimes we meet pals from other packs and that's always great fun. When we're back at the car, the hooman gets the Mud Daddy out and hoses us down. This is really silly 'cause it means we need to look for more mud next time. The drive home is smashing. Everyone is tired and nice and quite. When I get home I go straight to sleep because it's hard work being a dog. The hooman wanted me to tell you that she charges £12per walk and has a two walk per week minimum. If there are two dogs in the same house, there's a 25% discount for the second dog. The walks are at least an hour, although she does a second walk for the older dogs which is a wee bit shorter. Saturday walks are £15.
