“Excuse me… what’s next then? A light snack? A puppuccino? Perhaps a refreshing drink brought directly to my chair?” 😂👑🐾
This is Wilbur in his element, waiting patiently like the little gentleman he thinks he is.
People often see his cheeky smile and big personality, but what they don’t always see is that Wilbur is actually quite a sensitive little soul. He can be nervous in new situations, and also around larger breeds which is why we focus on smaller dogs, with the odd exception.
Truthfully, he’s taught us more than we could ever teach him. He’s shown us the importance of patience, understanding body language, giving dogs space, building confidence gently and never forcing interactions. Every dog is different, and some just need someone who understands them.
That’s something we carry into The Little Happy Pup Club every single day. Whether a dog is confident, shy or somewhere in between, we believe in meeting them where they are, helping them feel safe and letting their personality shine when they’re ready.
Thank you, Wilbur, for reminding us that kindness, patience and understanding always go a long way. ❤️
Now then… what would Sir Wilbur like next? A cheese board? A belly rub? Or should the butler bring the treats? 🤭🐾
