ber one priority with my work. I intend to cater for you and your dogs needs as best I can with regards to the selected trim, however my advice and guidance is at your disposal with regards to what look may suit a particular breed. Please note that this is a salon service. Prices range from £25+

😔 Please read 😢

Due to a rise in people forgetting/ not showing up for their appointments recently i will be enforcing my cancellation policy for all appointments moving forward that are canceled not in an emergency setting.

I really hate having to do this but short notice means I can’t advertise / fill the appointment which then effects my income and ability to pay my bills.

48hrs notice for any appointments to be rescheduled.
(A reminder message is something I do offer but ultimately it is your responsibility to remember/ book your appointments)

if less than 24hrs notice given to cancel or no show I will be asking for payment in full before any further appointments can go ahead.

Anyone who has no showed previously will only be offered further appointments if paid for in advance at the time of booking.

I’ve never had to be this strict in my 20 years of dog grooming as people have always been so kind and considerate but these last few months have been terrible, which is not great when I’ve previously turned newbies away because I couldn’t fit them in.. I now have to enforce my policies.

Hi just a call out for anyone wanting an AUGUST appointment I have 8 slots left for summer and then I will be full ❤️

I have a few slots left for end of June / beginning of July also a handful of spaces left for any newbies and then I will be closing my books again.
