Our Story
sure4pets Ltd was created with one thing in mind, to provide health and well being for canines. It is our mission to help them live long, happy and healthy lives by providing Natural Species Appropriate Raw Food Diets (SARF) complimented with natural treats, toys and hard wearing accessories.
We are based in Barnsley, just a few minutes from the town centre.
Here at sure4pets we specialise in canine nutrition, ancestral history and health, it is our aim to help our customers better understand the internal anatomy of their canine, their nutritional needs and natural characteristics, this way we can help you ensure the animal thrives, rather than just survives, the information we give will also provide you with a better understanding of their eating habits and other natural traits. We only stock Species Appropriate Raw Foods, which we then compliment with natural treats, toys and hard wearing accessories to help you keep natural, healthy and happy animals. For us, first and foremost health comes first. We want to encourage and help more people realise that the Species Appropriate Raw Food Diet, often referred to as (SARF) is the best possible most natural diet that nature provides and we can offer. To help we also offer free advice and guidance with the aim to show the SARF way is simple and cost effective.
Our other aim is to help you deal with the route cause and underlying issues of health problems, such as allergies, regular and repeating skin and ear problems and diseases, rather than just addressing the symptoms, for example (allergies)
We often here the saying ‘you are what you eat’ this is true for us and any other animal. The fact is that processed synthetic foods, ie -kibble and tinned foods do not contain the natural and much needed nutrients, electrolytes, minerals, and enzymes that a dog, cat or any other animal for that matter needs to thrive and are in fact synthetic - “fake” food stuff, these human made “foods” contribute hugely, not only to health issues such as; tumours; diabetes; arthritis; cancer; liver and kidney problems; skin conditions; gum disease and tooth decay, but also prevent the body from a full recovery, the fact and reality is that 75-80% of health for any animal comes directly from nutrition, this is because 75-80% of the immune system (which protects the body against “virus” and “bacteria” resides in the gut ) so the key/gateway to health and protection is through species specific raw diets.
