We had the greatest honour of supporting this lovely family once again, here's what they had to say.🌈🌈🐾

We had to say the most heartbreaking goodbye to our sweet Ben 💔—fondly known to us as Belly (or Bell) for the daft reasons that always made us smile 🥰🙈.

At 13 years old, Ben’s heart condition was taking its toll. Over the past week, his breathing had gotten fast and his little legs were getting wobbly on and off because his heart just couldn't pump properly anymore.

We made the loving decision to let him go before things got worse or he collapsed. We wanted him to go in pure peace, free from pain and discomfort, right at home where he felt safe and loved.

When we welcomed Ben into our lives just 12 months ago, we never could have imagined how much profound joy, warmth, and light he would bring into our home. He was a true gentle, quiet soul and a unique little character—tik-tocking around like a little wind-up toy, always ready for tickles and cuddles 🤩😆.

Even at the very end, Daisy was right there beside him, gently licking his ears as he passed. In classic Ben style, he probably would have been fuming, running off with his ears pinned back before scooting right back for more love 🙃☺️.

It has been an absolute honour to have this amazing little dog in our lives for this last year. The house feels so quiet and different without you, little man, but your memory will stay with us forever 🩵💙.

Rest peacefully, sweet Ben. You brought so much love, and you will be missed beyond words 😪❤️

It’s in the quiet moments—the way you still catch yourself looking at their favorite spot on the rug, or how a familiar sound instantly brings back memories of soft paws and happy tail wagging. We often spend our days missing them, wondering if they knew just how deeply they were loved. But love like that doesn't just disappear. 🤍

They carry our love with them, just as they left a permanent paw print on our hearts. Though they aren't here to greet us at the door anymore, the warmth, comfort, and joy they brought into our lives will never be forgotten—and neither will we be forgotten by them. 🌈 ✨

We know how heavy grief can feel, and we also know that sometimes, the smallest paws can help bring a little bit of light back into the room ✨.

Our newest little helper, Chip 🐶, is growing up fast and keeping us on our toes! Whether he’s tumbling over his own paws or softly snoozing nearby, he is a daily reminder of the pure, simple joy that dogs bring into our lives.

Behind everything we do here are our past and present companions 🌈🐾—the wonderful souls who started this journey with us, and the ones right by our side today. They shape our hearts and remind us just how deep that bond goes.

Even our hardest-working team members need a well-deserved day off! 🦴✨
While our office pups spend the week bringing comfort, cuddles, and calm to families walking through our doors 💛, today looks a little different.

No tie-wearing 👔, no greeting guests at the door 🚪, and definitely no waking up early ⏰💤—just maximum lounging, belly rubs, and championship-level napping 😴🛋️.
They've more than earned a quiet day to recharge so they're ready to get back to doing what they do best. 🌟

Jodie's photos, just to show how much of a character she was. We are so devastated that she had to go, but even though she didn't have a good start in life before we rescued her, she had a fantastic one after—full of love and treats.

Every single day with her was a joy, and her unique spirit left paw prints on our hearts that will never fade. She brought so much laughter, warmth, and unconditional love into our lives, and the quietness she leaves behind is heartbreaking.
