🏡 Looking for the Perfect Home for Mordecai 🐾

Mordecai is a handsome Hungarian Vizsla who will be turning 2 years old soon, and we’re looking for a loving, experienced home where he can thrive.

As you’d expect from a young Vizsla, Mordecai is energetic, intelligent, and affectionate. He would be best suited to an active household that can provide plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and companionship.

Mordecai’s ideal home:
✅ Active owners who enjoy walking, hiking, running, or outdoor adventures
✅ No cats
✅ Could potentially live with another dog, subject to successful introductions
✅ Older children or dog-savvy children who understand how to interact respectfully with dogs
✅ Someone willing to continue his training and guidance

A few things to know:

* Mordecai can be a little strong and pully on the lead, but he walks much better when using a head collar.
* He is still a young dog and will benefit from ongoing training and consistency.
* He has lots of love to give and forms strong bonds with his people.

This decision has not been made lightly, and finding the right home is our priority. We are looking for a family or individual who understands the needs of the breed and can offer Mordecai the time, commitment, and active lifestyle he deserves.

This week’s little guests were a trio of adorable rats — Remy, Squeak, and Dumbo 🐭✨

These three were full of personality, curiosity, and tiny whiskery chaos from the moment they arrived. From climbing adventures to snack time excitement and cosy naps piled together, they kept us smiling every day.

During our daily visits, we made sure the boys had everything they needed — changing and refilling water bottles, giving their daily vitamins, refreshing litter and substrates, and preparing their food each day. Alongside their care routine, there was always time for a little interaction (including cuddles!) and checking they were happy, healthy, and comfortable.

It’s always special caring for different kinds of animals, and these boys were such a lovely reminder of how intelligent, affectionate, and entertaining rats can be. We loved having them with us and can’t wait to see them again 💛🐾

I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to every single person who has supported my little business. 🐾

Whether you’ve booked walks, recommended me to a friend, tagged my page, shared a post, liked a photo, left a kind comment, or simply spoken positively about what I do — it all means more than you probably realise.

Every little gesture has helped my business grow, and I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without the constant support from all of you. What may seem small to someone else has made a massive difference to me, and I never take any of it for granted.

Getting to spend my days with your amazing dogs is something I’m incredibly thankful for, and the trust you place in me means the world. 🐶

So genuinely, thank you for supporting me, cheering me on, and helping my business continue to grow. I appreciate every single one of you more than words can say. ❤️

today’s mission will be responding to all enquires I’ve had over the last week! I have been overwhelmed with the amount of people who’s messaged me from other peoples referrals and couldn’t thank you all enough 🥹

Availability for pet sitting will be uploaded today as well please note that I am only taking bookings up to the 1st of April 2027 at this current time as many of you know I am on the hunt for a house! 🏠 🥳

🌞🐾 Important Hot Weather Update 🐾🌞

With temperatures expected to be much hotter than usual this week, the safety and wellbeing of our furry friends is our top priority. ❤️

On any days where temperatures reach 22°C or higher, all scheduled walks will be changed to a 30-minute home visit instead. These visits will include:
🐶 Toilet breaks
💧 Fresh water top-ups
🎾 Playtime and companionship
🏡 Comfort and care in a cooler environment

If you are going to be home and would prefer to cancel your booking on those days, that is absolutely fine — just send us a message to let us know. 😊

We understand how important exercise is, but during hotter weather the risks of heat exhaustion, burnt paws, and dehydration increase significantly. We’d much rather be extra cautious and keep everyone safe and happy. ☀️🐕

Thank you for your understanding and continued support — we’re simply looking out for your beloved pups and trying to prevent any unnecessary risks during the heat. ❤️

as you can imagine after 9 miles I am shattered and I will get back to everyone as soon as possible when doing my admin shortly😊.

I also would like to add a massive thank you to everyone for the constant support even if I do look like I’ve been dragged through a swap & bush at the same time😂🐾
