I am trained to level 3 standard and previously worked for a well known Pet Supply Store in their Grooming Salon for almost 4 years where I started as a Trainee. at I was promoted to Salon Manager where I had my own team to train and manage. I am very passionate about my profession, I believe that it is vital that all of my clients deserve love, care and attention. This is why I offer a home environment and a one to one basis with me and your dog. Grooming can be very stressful for the dog and their owner, so the less you stress the happier your dog will be when it comes to their turn for pampering. I only groom small to medium sized dogs as I am on my own, but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me! I offer a range of services to accommodate all needs;
Full Groom = Pre cut & prep, bath then a brush out with a coat conditioning spray, shape, style and finish cut to owners preferences. (All Full Grooms Include Ear Plucking & Nail Trim)
Mini Groom = Pre bath brush out and prep, bath & brush out with a coat conditioning spray, feet shaped and toe hair scooped out, back-end trimmed and neatened, a simple face and eye trim as well as a nail trim. (Ear plucking is not included in a Mini Groom)
(Great for in between Full Grooms to help maintain knots and tangles)
Puppy Packages (up 6-7 Months old) = a gentle coat comb out, (depending on the breed), bath and gentle blow dry, around the eyes trimmed (depending on the breed), around the back-end trimmed, feet trimmed and shaped and a nail trim. Bath & Brush = Pre bath brush out, bath and blow dry and nail trim (Ear plucking excluded)

Matted dogs will be charged accordingly depending on how badly the coat is matted. The reason for this is that every time a blade is put through a matted coat the blade will blunt a lot quicker because it has more work to do and it also has to pe*****te any dirt that has accumulated within the coat and matts, so this blade will need to be sent away to be sharpened every time it is used for this method. Any de-matting will add more time to the groom and may result in an extra charge depending on the matts, this can be discussed when you make your appointment and will be assessed before the groom. I will do what is best for your dog and will not put it through any undue stress through the de-matting process because the shorter the length of time your dog is on the table the better it is for them. Conditions;
Please be aware that any allergies or skin conditions must be disclosed to me when making any appointments. I do use highly acclaimed and recommended professional grooming products for dogs and puppies in my parlour, however, some skin conditions may require medicated products, some of which can be provided by your vet and I will ensure to use these if you bring them along with you. All or any medical conditions must be disclosed to me when making an appointment. All puppies must have their two injections at least two weeks before they are groomed. You must disclose to me at the time of booking if your dog has ever been or is likely to be aggressive. I pride myself on my experience of working with animals, so I do not believe in muzzling any dog! If there is any sign of serious aggression where an injury may occur the dog will be sent home and payment will still be required. In these circumstances it is better and less stressful for the dog to be groomed under sedation and supervised by your own vet. If you do not have a vet you can contact me I can recommend a very reliable and reasonable local vet.
