I am now into my busiest time of the year getting all your pups ready for Santa paws ๐Ÿพ๐ŸŽ…๐Ÿผ just a few things that I please ask that you remember, to help me out as much as possible โค๏ธ

I am currently fully booked for the rest of the year but I have decided to open a couple more appointments next Tuesday 26th Nov! Pop me a message to book in ๐Ÿ˜

๐ŸถCould I please ask that everyone arrives on time and collect their dogs on the agreed time! If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment I will no longer be able to fit your dog in and your appointment will be cancelled.

๐Ÿถ a reminder that my no show/late cancellation fee is still in place, full amount of groom must be paid before another appointment can be made. Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time.

๐Ÿถ if your dog is matted can you please let me know as your appointment time might need adjusted.

๐Ÿถ I finally have next years diary ๐Ÿ˜† anyone still waiting for an appointment pop me a message and we can sort that out!

๐Ÿถ payments - cash or bank transfer BUT can bank transfers please be paid on day of your groom! Iโ€™m busy myself and having to chase up payments from the week can be time consuming ๐Ÿคช
