Message from Isla…
Yesterday I bathed my last dog, trimmed my last face, clipped my last nail and had my last fight with the hoover (I will not be defeated mr hoover💪🏼)
As many of you know I’m off back to school to hopefully become a paramedic.
To all my customers thank you SO SO SO much for trusting me with your pups and being so kind, I couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of people or dogs🫶🏻
To Audrey and Nick I can’t thank you enough for the past 3 years. When I met you both three years ago I was a scared 19 year old with no confidence and no experience in the big wide world. You both took me in as your own and saw something in me that I didn’t see myself at the time. Audrey thank you for passing on all your knowledge and experience, I will carry it with me for life! (And for giving me a bed for the days that travelling back home to Macduff was too tiring)
To Julie thank you for being the best colleague I could ask for. From tears to laughter to being annoyed at me for playing Harry Styles on repeat for a week, I have had the best three years of gossiping with you.
To those of you that feel we’ve let you down I can only apologise and wish you the best.
My parting words are be kind and understanding, brush your dogs and tip your groomers (our backs are broken🙈).
I’m off to save some lives!
