Right in centre of Belfast every weekend you can find all our lovely fresh/dried specialty mushrooms, growkits, mushroom seasoning and mushroom extracts 😍🍄

Morchella esculenta or morels are a prized wild mushroom. One of if not my favourite tasting wild mushroom. It has a strong, nutty flavour and a pleasant, earthy smell and grows in a variety of habitats. My favourite way of cooking this lovely wild mushroom is pan fried with butter salt and pepper until crispy. Cooked this way the mushroom has a similar flavour to bacon 😮🍄

Much room for mushrooms?! We are open all weekend Fri to Sunday we have all the medicinal extracts you need , lovely seasoning , fresh dried and mushroom growkits 🥳🍄

Done some experimenting with enoki grown on soft wood 🧙‍♂️these are yellow due to light and grown amongst our other mushrooms if grown with little light they would turn white.🍄 seems to be good so far any other growers out there feel free to comment if you have had similar experiences.
