✌️🌸 KILRAUGHTS SENIOR DAY OUT 2026 🌸✌️

What a day we had on our 70s/Hippie themed Senior Day! ☮️🌼🕺

We started off at Erinn’s with some team challenges and games, with plenty of laughs and a bit of friendly competition! 🏆😂 From there, we headed to Macfest to support Michael from Arts Festival 🎭👏

Next stop was Top of the Town for some dinner and live music 🍽️🎶 before heading to Spa BBQ to finish off the night! 🥳💃🕺

A brilliant day filled with good craic, great company and plenty of memories! ❤️✌️🌸

A great evening at the YFCU Super Club Competition! ❤️🚜

We didn’t manage to place overall this year, but we’re delighted to come away with 1st place in the Farm Olympics! 🥇🏆 Definitely one to be proud of!

Well done to everyone who took part and represented the club. Plenty of teamwork, laughs and a bit of healthy competition along the way 😂💪 A brilliant evening and a great effort from everyone involved! 👏❤️

Kilraughts Keep Fit — Week 1 & 2 💪

What a fantastic first two weeks we’ve had at our Kilraughts Keep Fit programme! 👏

Over the past two weeks, Mark Kane has been taking us through our paces with a great mix of HIIT classes and circuits — and we’ve had a fantastic turnout! 💪🔥

A huge thank you to Mark Kane Personal Training. for organising and delivering the classes, and also to Gym 2K and the Millennium Centre for the use of their gym.

It’s brilliant to see so many people getting involved, keeping active and having a bit of fun along the way! 🙌

Over the next two weeks, our Kilraughts Keep Fit Programme is offering the chance to learn both Gaelic and Rugby skills, with coaches from both sports coming along to show us the ropes!
