A wee note to all our Stay N Style customers 🐾

We just wanted to send a friendly reminder regarding bookings and cancellations. As most of you know, our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged.

We’ve always tried to be as flexible and understanding as possible, and we know life can throw up last-minute issues now and again. We genuinely appreciate that, and we always try to help where we can.

However, recently we’ve had a rise in late cancellations and no-shows, which does have a real impact on the business. We work on limited spaces each day, so when a space is booked and then cancelled last minute, it often means another customer has missed the chance to book in.

We never like having to be strict, but going forward we’ll need to be a bit firmer with applying the policy where necessary.

Thanks so much for your understanding and continued support, it really does mean a lot to our small business and we appreciate every one of you and your dogs ❤️

📣 Price Update – Effective from 1st February 2026

We want to take a moment to update all of our amazing customers.

Since opening almost five years ago, our price has never increased. We’ve worked hard over the years to keep our prices as fair and affordable as possible.

However, like most businesses, we’ve seen ongoing increases in wages, utilities, insurance and general running costs. We’ve absorbed these increases for as long as possible.

From 1st February 2026, our prices will be:
• Daycare: £17
• Overnight Boarding: £22 per night

This is just a £2 increase on both services, and we want to reassure everyone that we remain one of the most competitively priced dog daycares and boarding services in the local area for the level of care we provide.

We are incredibly grateful for the continued support we’ve received over the years and truly appreciate every single customer who trusts us with their dogs. Your support allows us to keep doing what we love and to keep improving our service.
