But Christmas has a habit of sneaking up on us, and our Christmas appointments are already filling up! 🐾✨

We only have a couple of spaces remaining for the week of Christmas, so if your pup needs their festive freshen-up, now’s the time to get booked! 🎁🐶

We are off tomorrow so all messages and requests will be responded to on Friday morning ❤️

We’re officially off on our holidays! 🏖️🐶💤

We will both be back on the 20th of August and all calls and messages will be replied to on Saturday the 15th or Monday the 17th when Zara will be popping back into the salon 😊 Business as usual from the 20th of August.

🐾 Holiday Notice 🐾

We’ll be working as normal tomorrow, Monday 10th August, before we close for our holidays until Thursday 20th August. 🌞✈️

Zara will be popping into the salon for a few appointments on Saturday 15th August and Monday 17th August. 🐶✂️

All calls and messages will be responded to on those days, so please don’t worry if you don’t hear from us straight away. 💕📱

Thank you so much to all of our amazing clients for keeping us so busy! 🐾❤️

If you haven't already booked your dog's September groom, now's the time! Our September diary is already beginning to fill up & we don't want anyone to miss out.

🐶 We always recommend block booking your appointments to secure your preferred dates and keep your pup looking and feeling their best all year round. We have even begun to book in some Christmas grooms 🙈🎅

So please send us a message ASAP to get your next appointment or appointments booked and we will get back to you all on Monday 🐾

Just a reminder.. again

We will not be accepting any dogs with fleas into the salon.

When grooming dogs with fleas we are not only contaminating our equipment we are also contaminating the salon as fleas get everywhere.

Why should we have to cancel other people's appointments because someone has not treated their dogs? We shouldn't and we won't.

Please make sure your dog is up to date with flea treatment.

🐶⛔️ Flea and Ticks PLEASE READ.

We take high pride in maintaining a clean salon and we will NOT accept dogs with fleas in.

If you are using a topical flea/ tick spot on treatment this needs time to soak into the dogs bloodstream through the skin therefore it should be done 2-3 days before a groom.

If we find fleas or ticks on your dog, we will call you straight away and the dog will need collected ASAP.

We will also be charging owners for this as we then have to use special products and deep clean the whole salon. This costs us massively as we are down a groom and have to prospone any appointments that day until the salon is clean.

Takes two minutes to phone Ballymena Pet Vet and get some treatment before its too late.

We will be very strict on this. 👍
