Annie (White and Tabby) and Abbie (White and Black) are 11 weeks old and now ready for rehoming.
They were born on 20th June by a stray who had a litter of 8. Sadly, because it was such a large litter they were all 'premature' and the two A's are the only surviving litter mates. They were behind their aging and development milestones and had struggled with health.
The sanctuary was full as is often the case with cats and the relentless, neverending kitten season, so thankfully the finder has fostered them and with the help of a local fosterer and volunteer they are now not only healthy, but thriving. They are still small for their age as to be expected with the rough start they had coming from such a large litter.
Unfortunately this is the sad reality of not getting your cats spayed and neutered, and then abandoning them to their fate. Thankfully, mamma cat Missy will no longer have to endure such trauma again as she was spayed. In a change of her fortunes, the finder has developed a lovely bond with her and is happily keeping her fed, watered and loved.
Now it's the time for sweet Annie and Abbie to have their fortunes reversed and to find them their forever home. They have an incredible bond so we'd like them to stay together.
So can you open up your home and your heart to these two rascals who love nothing more than galloping around the house like a pair of horses!?
