So my Life360 GPS is broken, less than 1yr old, my dad unclipped it to charge it and one of the buttons broke off. He got in touch with customer support and was told there is no stock for replacement. But he can go to your website or amazon store, buy a new one and have it here tomorrow. Why is this?

He asked when there will be stock to replace the broken gps and can't even be told if it will be days, weeks or months.

How can you have stock to sell but not to replace damaged ones.

Customer service is no help at all just saying they have no stock and no idea when they will have.

He's thinking you like to sell gps trackers but not replace damaged ones. Seriously thinking of cancelling our subscription as this is not what you pay the money for.

So due to the heat I've been mainly laid under the caravan or on my cooling mat. Dad made me dinner - which I scoffed about 3/4 of, thanks Dad. Mum has been looking after me too and I've had 2 massive ice cubes, brrrrr crunch crunch 🤣. Now it's cooled down a bit the mayhem can continue, which involves removing plant labels and digesting all the info 🐾🐾
