Hello,
It’s sad to say that we will not be opening the kennels in March due to the sale of the property and will not be carrying on with the buisness. So sorry for any inconvenience caused, we have had a think about it and we will not be able to run the buisness due to certain reasons. Again so very sorry, I would appreciate those who are already booked in just to send a quick message so I know you are aware. Thankyou ☹️

We would like to welcome Megan as the new kennel manager at four seasons. Please see updated mobile number for bookings on the fb page and website, bookings can still be made by messaging on fb. Megan is looking forward to meeting all the puppers in the new year and loves dogs, all same policies and procedures will be followed. Megan did lots of training with us in the summer so is fully upto speed and excited to take over. Thanks Claire

Due to the amount of bookings I have turned away the last 2 months, next years book will be opened from January so please book July/aug in advance to avoid disappointment. Deposits for these months will be charged at 50% upfront.

If your holiday is cancelled - I understand there are still lots of changes, let me know so I don’t turn bookings away.

If you are delayed on collection/drop off times - I understand and can usually accommodate. Keep in mind that I will have your fur baby ready for agreed time and the kennel will be cleaned for next pupper.

Ensure your dog has enough food for stay.

Late collection fees may apply.

We don’t take deposits upfront, so please give consideration if your booking changes so I don’t lose business and turn others away, we have been closed for 12 months and earnt Zero pennies.

Best Dog Harness?? I often get asked what I recommend. I see many different dog harnesses, many do not serve the purpose can be badly fitted or provide no support or control.
My recommendation is Julius K9, easy to fit, provide free movement and best support for dog and owner.

We have had over £700 of booking not turn up this month with no call to advise they were cancelled.
From next year we will be changing policy to take deposit for bookings.
I have turned bookings away which we could of taken, hope you understand. Thanks Claire

If your dates for May have cancelled please let me know, we have had some cancellations but still a lot of bookings in the diary, let us know about any changes.
Anyone who’s holiday has been cancelled we are not charging cancellation fees, please book in any new dates ASAP once travel ban is lifted. Thank you

Opinions please?? I am looking at potentially purchasing a dog tread mill to assist with fitness for the dogs that stay with us, so for example when the weather is really wet (which it is a lot!) the pooches get the benefit without being soaked! Also potentially help dogs with rehabilitation after operations or even a hire cost, so dog owners could come and use it! What do you think?? 😃🐶🐶

We are lucky to be loved unconditionally by our dogs, we treat all dogs in our care as our own and give them lots of cuddles ❤️ this is why the babies that stay with us leave happy because they are cared for 🐶🐶💕
