We had this fabulous Deerhound in for a wash and luckily he didn’t need folded in half to fit in the bath 😂

While the Scottish weather can’t decide between rain, sunshine, wind and “why’s it’s suddenly 25°?”, a cool wash is sounding pretty good either way 🥵🌦️

Even the giant breeds have room to stretch out in our baths and this big guy definitely tested that theory! 🛁

This weekend we’re at Rozelle for the Prestwick & District Dog Training Club agility show!

Sun 28th June we’re at Go Play Go Sniff at Ayrshire Dog Care for the Dogtastic Concert by Lost Dogs Ayrshire

We got a new blast drier after ours gave up the ghost from overuse! 😮‍💨

And wow… this thing is an absolute beast. It made short work of these two crazy pups that Jamie had in for an overdue groom this morning! 🛁🐾

One bit of sunshine and we’re all acting like we live in Spain 😎🤣

Dogs everywhere have gone from surviving horizontal rain to being escorted outside for exactly 7 minutes before their owner says “right that’s enough, you’ll overheat”
Meanwhile the dogs left like 👁️👄👁️

Jokes aside though, today’s Wet Wednesday gives us a good opportunity to remind everyone that this warm weather can be a bit too much for our pets 🥵

Try to walk early morning or later evening when it’s cooler and keep walks short during the hottest parts of the day (around 10 minutes is plenty)! Don’t forget plenty of water, shade and enrichment at home to keep them happy and cool! 🐕☀️
