With the countdown to Christmas well and truly on, we have had numerous enquiries regarding our opening hours over the festive period and into the new year.

We will be open throughout the festivities, however there will be some changes to our drop-off/pick-up times as you would expect.

Many thanks to all our customers who alerted us that our email account had been hacked at the end of last week.

It's peak season here at kennel HQ and we still have plenty availability over the next few weeks for day, weekend and extended boarding.

At the moment we do not charge a cancellation fee due to the ever changing restrictions and challenging times we are in, all we ask is that if you do require to amend or cancel your booking you let us know either through FB messenger or give us a call on 01292 570237.

If you are booking your dog in to stay with us whether it be day boarding, an overnight stay or a longer break whilst you are away, please ensure they are up to date with their vaccinations 💉
