A lovely wee Show Cocker looking for her forever home🫶🏻
🏡 EXPERIENCED FOSTER HOME REQUIRED 🏡
Have you previously owned a show cocker spaniel?
We have a 1 year old show cocker in our care who is in kennels looking for foster space.
She needs a home well versed in dealing with show cockers and resource guarding.
🏡We are looking for a single person home.
🐶Can she live with other dogs? Not at this stage, she needs thorough assessment in a dog free home.
🐱What about cats? She isn't cat tested but has been inquisitive around small animals.
✍️Tell me about the guarding behaviour? She can occasionally guard items she picks up like socks, balls of paper etc, this has been previously dealt with by reading her body language and distracting her before it escalates. Her foster family will have full ongoing access to our behaviourist, but she needs an experienced home.
🚶♀️Does she walk well on the lead? She does after initially pulling she settles down to walk nicely.
🛻Is she good in the car? Yes, she loves a road trip!
