Petiquette Ayr is rebranding to PAWS (Pet-etiquette and Wellbeing Service) and moving to Broomberry Cottage, Broomberry, By Ayr KA6 6BN (on the A77 just after the junction for the Coo Shed / Robert Burns Birthplace Museum, 400 metres further south on the left hand side). The entrance has brown wooden gates at the moment. These will be closed to ensure safety for the dogs, so arrivals will need to press the ring doorbell to gain access. As the entrance is a single vehicle driveway all visitors will need to turn within my monoblock drive to be able to safely drive back out.
Going forward, I will be staggering my grooming appointments to ensure it is a "1 in - 1 out" flow with no overlap and keeping to my two appointments a day. Morning, afternoon and evening appointments, including some weekends, will be available. I completed my 2 day theory and 4 day practical Institute of Modern Dog Training courses at the start of the year. Eventually I will run small group dog training classes and offer 1:1 support but this will be towards the end of the year.
My application for home boarding is with the council and I have my inspection on the 17th July … a busy two weeks ahead getting everything ready!!

Dog day care is something I always get asked about. This requires a change of use application and permissions and a lot more thought and design so it's likely to be 2025 before this is up and running.
Hoping to have a dog park, agility equipment for those who can, separate small and large dog areas and chill out zones for a much needed snooze. The outbuildings will be developed for this so it will take time, oh and lots of money 💷💷💷, there's always a down side 😭but I will get there!

I will also be renting the small extension in my home for short breaks, so if anyone knows of friends or family looking for a self contained bedroom, lounge, shower room and kitchenette "home from home" with on site dog day care and grooming treats for their pups 🐩🐕🦺🐕 then spread the word! The council have confirmed no planning permission is needed for this - result 😃 Great for local weddings💒👰🏻, special birthdays🥳🎂, Christmas overspill🎄, family get togethers 💃🏻🍸🥂🎉or golfing breaks⛳🏌🏻♀️🏌🏻♂️) .
