Just to let you know the shop will be closed from Friday 22nd August until - Tuesday 26th August due to staff holidays. Make sure you’ve got anything you need booked in for this week asap.

☀️☀️ We just wanted to remind you that Lee is away until the 23rd June now. Oli is in the shop but is very busy, please don't leave it until last minute to book. His Saturday this week is already full and the following Saturday only has a couple of appointments left already!

Please book ahead to ensure you get what you need!

We feel really sad to be having to post this but due to recent comments on a local community post we feel we have no option!

As most of you know we primarily run on an appointment basis meaning you can book whatever suits you on our booking app months in advance. We have done this since Covid as it offers convenience and efficiency for both you and us.

As per our google page we do take walk ins ‘if we can accommodate them’. We are generally very booked up with appointments so walk ins are becoming increasingly difficult to accommodate.

Unfortunately we are finding that when people are walking in and asking if we are free and we say no, they are becoming abusive to staff (or leaving comments on community pages saying we were empty but would not cut their hair).

Also please bear in mind the member of staff may actually be on their break…you know the legal one that they are more than entitled to have!

As we explain at the time of you walking in we are awaiting our next appointment which would be due in a couple of minutes. We will not ‘squeeze’ someone in to then make our customers who have actually taken the time to book be late!

We pride ourselves that we run on time for our customers! If we then start just cutting hair when people walk in it would make a mockery of the appointment system.

Please do not feel you can be rude to our staff when they are purely awaiting their next appointment.

As we said it’s very sad to be justifying ourselves but this seems to be happening more and more at the moment and our staff do not deserve the abuse (both in person or on social media) that they are receiving.
