Good morning all!

Just another completely shameless plug for our “Love, Lucien x” summer event on 16th August. We can’t wait to see you there.

We are still on the lookout for all manner of tombola prizes please - anything from child’s toys, books, makeup sets, edible treats, games, accessories; whatever you can donate will be hugely appreciated!

We are also asking for raffle prizes from local businesses. If anyone can help or can point us in a good direction, please get in touch!

Finally, we still have a couple of pitch spaces available for stalls. Please message us for details ☺️

Everyone loves a ginger kitty!

Look at little Pumpkin (now Joey) absolutely thriving in his home! ♥️

Helen, his new owner says: “From the second Joey (pumpkin) stared into my soul last year...i knew he was the one, he has grown into a giant softy, very vocal, has to be cuddled all the time!

We love him so much, thank you for rescuing him from shed you found him in with his siblings.”

Maggie Six Toes🦶

We asked our lovely foster carer for a description of our beloved Maggie Six Toes.. here’s what we got;

Maggie summary: Chatty, loving girl. Not a lap cat. Calm, easy going. Lovessssss food. Loves belly rubs. Not playful. Has six toes (polydactyl. Not to be mistaken with the dinosaur, Pterodactyl).

🐈 No cats please
🐕 Due to her 6th toe, Maggie could possibly go 12 rounds with Mohammed Ali. So for the safety of all canines, Maggie can not live with them.
👧🏻 Any age kids
🌳 Can be indoors or outdoors

Meet this little power sibling duo - Brie and Tofu 🧀

They came into MB after having a bit of a crappy start to life. They were left to fend for themselves, fed dog food, barely handled or socialised.

They have come on leaps and bounds and have shown us how amazing they really are!

Brie, our tabby princess, loves a fuss. She will come and give you all the attention, affection and snuggles ♥️

Tofu, our baby black panther, is still very shy but is slowly coming out of his shell more and more. He’s timid, but once he knows you’re a safe space, he’ll really start to show off his fab little character.

Tuesday mornings are for T’Challa cuddles 🥰

This lad came into us with the worst case of dermatitis we’ve ever seen 😓 his back end is literally red raw from scratching and grooming 😳 T’Challa is currently undergoing medical treatment to help ease the pain, reduce the skin irritability, help him stop the scratching and start healing ❤️‍🩹

We can wait to see him fully healed and loving life again!

(Not so) Little Cleo was adopted end of last year after a rough start to life…

And look at her just absolutely thriving! Living her best life with her new owners.

Cleo’s (now Honey), owners say:

“Honestly I have to say I think she is the wildest kitten I’ve ever had 😂 she can just play and play and play.”

Meet Rosie! Our gorgeous little one year old sweetheart 💕

Rosie hasn’t really had much of a chance to be a kitten as she had a litter very young, so has been in mum mode since. But now her babies are almost ready to fly the nest, Rosie has a new lease of life!

Rosie is starting to come out of her shell and show her foster carer just how special of a girl she really is. Rosie loves a fuss and just being near you. She’s a little food thief, so watch that ham sandwich 👀

Rosie is still a little unsure on what playtime is, but no doubt with time, she’ll be chasing those toy balls around!
