For months, this started as just an idea and a plan scribbled together in my head… and after saving for so long to make it happen, seeing it finally come to life feels so special 🐾☀️

People often think breeders make endless money, but the reality is most of it goes straight back into giving our babies the very best life possible — their care, health, enrichment, space and happiness will always come first. This catio was built completely out of love for them.

The cats finally got to enjoy their new catio today, and watching them explore, climb, nap in the sunshine and feel safe outside honestly filled my heart more than I can explain.

What started as a project for them became something that quietly helped me too.

This has been one of the hardest periods of my life while my dad has been in hospital. There have been days full of worry, exhaustion and emotions I didn’t even know how to process. Through all of it, these little souls have stayed close beside me. Every cuddle, every purr, every tiny moment of comfort has helped carry me through.

Animals really do know when you need them most ❤️

Seeing them happy in their new space feels like a small piece of light during a really difficult time, and I’m so grateful for them every single day.

Home isn’t always a place — sometimes it’s four paws waiting for you when everything feels heavy 🐱✨

Sorry we have been a little quiet…

Unfortunately my lovely Dad had a fall 10 days ago and we have been to and from hospital ICU, he has a significant brain injury. We are all doing what we can to stay positive and although he hasn’t got worse he has lost the ability to communicate.

Thought I would put a couple of pictures up of the babies … thy have been my only saving grace throughout this nightmare.

Narla will soon be going for her romantic few days away very shortly so watch this space 💕

Jethro, one of Narlá’s boys, continues to thrive with his loving, gentle nature. 🐾💛

Like his brother Apollo, he’s a reminder of why I focus on breeding Maine C**ns for health, temperament, and quality of life, not just looks. Watching these boys grow into strong, happy, affectionate cats is the greatest reward, and I’m so proud of the joy they bring to their families every day.

Hope’s beautiful mummy and forever one of my queens.

After her first litter, things didn’t go as planned. She had a very difficult labour which resulted in an emergency C-section, and she was so poorly afterwards. It was one of the hardest things I’ve had to go through with her.

Making the decision to have her spayed after that was incredibly hard. You always question yourself. But I just couldn’t risk putting her through anything like that again — she is far too precious to me.

Since being spayed she has blossomed into the sweetest, cuddliest girl. She loves nothing more than snuggling in bed and sitting on my lap while we watch TV, purring her little heart out.

Her health, happiness and safety will always come first. As they do for all my queens
