We have decided to make a statement, which we didn’t want to do but it has now become necessary because of constant abuse and lies on social media…..
We had to contact the owner of a pony after her daughter wasn't taking care of him, she fenced him off a tiny section of one of our paddocks, refused to poo pick which meant his entire stable sized paddock was covered in poo and therefore there was nothing he could graze, would leave him without hay and water. We tried to help this young woman but she threw it back in our faces by not paying and becoming abusive to our team. We have since discovered this isn't the first time she has done this.
We are a lovely yard with a very happy group of liveries who all will testify this. All we want to do is create an atmosphere where people can enjoy their horses with no pressure and nothing but support.
Unfortunately in this circumstance we had to get involved when a horses welfare was not being met, due to this we are being slandered all over social media.
If you are interested in a livery space please come meet us, see how happy and healthy everyone and their horses are, come and watch one of our amazing clinics, come and have a drink with us in the bar where we all end up laughing till tears are rolling down our cheeks, then make your mind up as to what to believe. I promise you it won't be the words of a young woman who the police are keeping an eye on.
