**** FLEAS****
Please please check your dogs for fleas even if you are treating them regularly. Your dog can become immune to the flea treatment if you have been using the same one for a long time and also a vet approved product is much more affective than treatments bought in the supermarkets .
Even if your dog isn’t scratching and you don’t see them they can still have fleas .
All it takes is 1 flea to start an infestation that can come from your own garden from wildlife. If your dog gets fleas and you don’t treat the home effectively aswell as the dog they will still live on your dog as the treatment takes 24hours to kill a flea. I highly recommend buying a flea comb for as little as £2.89 and going through your dogs coat once a week and especially before a grooming appointment .
As a business it’s affects me so much when I have a dog come to the cabin with fleas. I have to cancel other customers and as I’m so busy they then have to wait to get back in with me which isn’t good for my business letting customers down and beyond my control as I am only human I can’t work 12 hour days.
