An unfortunate day yesterday for our TONYS TIPPLE, who was running an excellent race in the Restricted at Tabley before being brought down by two other fallen horses three out.

Thankfully, he’s come home safe and sound. He was showing plenty of promise up to that point, so we’ll look to get him out again soon.

These things happen in racing, but it was great to see how well he was going while it lasted. On to the next one 🤞

A fantastic day for the team today at Garthorpe P2P.

CHIROQUI PRINCESS delivered a superb performance in a competitive field of 9, securing a well-earned victory for the WTRacing team 🥇

This mare has been a model of consistency all season, and we’re very much looking forward to stepping her up into Restricted company next season.

For now, she heads off for a well-deserved break after a strong and progressive campaign:

* Siddington: 2/7 🥈
* Dingley: 3/5 🥉
* Garthorpe: 1/9 🥇

Sunday was a huge hit for the team. We may be a small yard, but every single horse means the world to us. This isn’t a numbers game, and it never will be.

Whizz was truly one in a million. He gave everything in everything he did — whether that was running away with Becca and Annabel, pulling James’ arms out in the ring, or behaving like a complete gentleman for Will when it mattered most.

Sadly, after unseating Will in the race, Whizz suffered a broken leg and we had to come home without him.

On his final day he won best turned out as he did every race day. He was truly the most handsome chap in every ring.

There are no words for how much he will be missed. He wasn’t just a racehorse — he was part of our yard, our team, and our family.
