I never thought I'd have to write a post like this, but I wanted to address the rumours that are circulating locally.
It has recently come to my attention that an allegation is being shared locally suggesting that I shouted at or hit a dog during a grooming appointment.
I want to state clearly that this did not happen. The salon is covered by CCTV, which shows that neither of these actions took place.
Dog grooming can sometimes be a stressful experience for certain dogs, and as a groomer my priority is always to handle them with patience and care, doing everything I can to make the process as calm and comfortable as possible. Anyone who knows me or has used my services will know that I chose this career because of my genuine love for animals.
I have been made aware that several different versions of this story are circulating within the local community and that it has also been shared with other local businesses. This is understandably concerning. I would kindly ask that people avoid sharing or repeating unverified information, as it can have a serious impact on small local businesses and individuals.
I would also like to clarify that the shop where I rent my grooming table is a completely separate business. They are not connected to my work or my clients, and it is unfair for them to be involved in something that does not relate to them.
I remain committed to providing a safe, caring and professional service for every dog that comes through my door, and I truly appreciate the support shown by my regular clients and the local community.
I am aware of where these allegations originated and would respectfully ask that any false or misleading information about me or my business is no longer shared.
Due to the seriousness of the allegations and the impact they are having, I am now seeking legal advice regarding the matter.
