Young people aged 13–25 are especially encouraged to join us, as volunteering at Aston counts towards the Young Equestrian Leaders Award (YELA).
We’re happy to help you gain the experience and hours you need.

Our first BE event is fast approaching here at Aston Le Walls 13th-17th May .
We are still in need of a few volunteers to help with the following:
⭐️Fence judges needed on 13th, 16th & 17th May
⭐️Dressage Stewards needed on Sunday 17th May
& writers needed saturday 16th in the afternoon and sunday 17th in the morning

We are so excited to announce the Dassett Eventing Young Horse League being held across all four British Eventing fixtures here at Aston in 2026.

Four separate leagues will run alongside each other, one for each age category between 5 and 8 years old. Points will be accumulated across each Aston Le Walls event and added up to award a substantial prize pot of £1500 per league, split between the top 3. Results and a top 10 leader board will be kept up to date on the Dassett Eventing website throughout the league.

The four leagues are outlined below:
⭐ 5yo - points awarded at BE90, BE100 and Novice (foundation points will be scaled down)
⭐ 6yo - points awarded at BE100 and Novice (foundation points will be scaled down)
⭐ 7yo - points awarded at Novice and Intermediate
⭐️ 8yo - points awarded at Intermediate and Advanced

All eligible starters will also receive one of the well known Dassett Eventing starter buckets containing some brilliant goodies!
