The Stud and ponies have been my life. Bringing friendships from all over the world. The greatest pleasure is to hear from and see owners with ponies I have bred giving fun and success in the many spheres of showing here and overseas. I am so grateful to all that have flown the flag for Rotherwood. The ponies have totally enriched my life. The British Riding Pony is the envy of the world and should be preserved.

Rotherwood is a name consistently appearing in many pedigrees worldwide. With five generations of breeding of both the British Riding Pony, Welsh Sec B and Part Breds. The reputation of the stock is built on correctness and quality. They have all achieved the highest accolades.

Over 25 years ago, Rotherwood Stud was involved with the innovation of Frozen Semen. A massive step forward at the time and enabling the opportunity to enlarge the gene pool worldwide.

At HOYS Rotherwood ponies were well represented, not only by the ponies themselves but also by the bloodlines of many others.

It would be a great honour to be voted Stallion AI Services Breeder of the Year 2023.
