Made To Measure owned by Angela Hunt ridden by Poppy Carter went beautifully in the intermediate show hunters to stand second in a great line up🥈

Then went on to go reserve champion to the Hunter Winner in a super strong championship with some of the best hoses stood beside him, continuing his good start to the season 🤩

A bit late to the party! 🎉

Thank you to BSPS AREA 4A Derbyshire for a great show at Field House Equestrian Centre, and to BSPS Area 4B Ltd at Lincoln Showground. A big thank you to Sandra and Mark for making it possible for us to use such fantastic grounds!

BSPS Area 4A

Ladies Man, owned by ourselves and ridden by Poppy Carter, started the day by taking their RIHS ticket in the Intermediate Show Riding Horse 🎫

Made to Measure, owned by Angela Hunt, was 3rd in the Intermediate Show Hunters with Poppy Carter having her first ride on him. He then went on to win a strong RIHS Small Hunter class with Danni Radford taking the ticket 🎫

Setmabanning Rebel, owned by the Bunting family, placed 2nd in the Novice with Rebecca Penny.

Simba, Angela Hunt & Adam Layton novice 12hh SHP, went for the experience and gave us a lovely ride round.

BSPS Area 4B

Diptford Birdsong, owned by Hannah and Lisa Whelan, behaved impeccably and went beautifully in the Intermediates—sadly not the judge’s cup of tea this time! He later went on to collect his RIHS Hack ticket with Danni Radford 🎫

Made to Measure excelled again, winning his second Small Hunter qualifier with Danni Radford, before going on to win the Intermediate Hunters with Poppy Carter and taking Champion Intermediate 🏆🎫

Bombay Simba’s Pride, owned by Angela Hunt and Adam Layton, contested his very first class at just 4 years old, expertly ridden by Thomas Parker—thank you, Thomas, for giving him such a fantastic first experience! Sarah Challinor

Setmabanning Rebel, owned by the Bunting family, came out for another outing. A small baby blip kept him out of the placings, but he’s improving every time out.

Under all that hair, Fergie is the kindest pony you could wish to meet, he's very easy going and an absolute sweetheart to be around. He was broken last year and since then he's been lightly and carefully brought on, he is a huge mover and very forward going and loves his job. He loves to jump, although this is all new to him he's happy to give anything a go, he has jumped up to about 90cm and would keep going, he has been hacked out alone and with others seeing large vehicles on our country lanes. A very exciting prospect for Somone to further.

He would excel in many areas of life not just the show ring with his temperament and his attitude he would equally be a perfect enjoyment horse.
