Hello to all my fluffy clients and their owners!
I hope you are all well, and are staying safe during this uncertain time. As some of you already know from 3 weeks ago when the lockdown was announced I rearranged all of you for after the 3 weeks. However unfortunately with no end of this lockdown in sight I have had to make the decision to announce all appointments for the foreseeable are cancelled that includes those of you that are rearranged from 3 weeks ago. This decision is not one that I am making but it is of government guidance and to protect as many of you as possible to stop the spread.
Please know that I have made a list of all of you that are booked in, in the order you were booked in and as soon as this is lifted I will rebook everyone and work through all days off I had planned untill we are all caught up.
As I have said this is not easy and I know I stand with the rest of dog groomers here to say that we are truly gutted it has come to this however if anyone was to groom in this time we would NOT be insured or covered at all if anything were to happen, it's a tough choice but your safety is paramount to all dog groomers.
If you need any grooming tips or advice during this time please either message me or give me a call and I can talk you through anything you need or give you the best advice I can.
