Mid-Antrim Animal Sanctuary Mid-Antrim Animal Sanctuary is a non-profit independent registered charity. We rely entirely upon the kindness and generosity of the people of Northern Ireland.

The sanctuary is run by a small staff, aided by dedicated team of volunteers. The Sanctuary cannot monitor this page daily, so if you're looking for any information regarding rehoming, please call or email us.

Little Jack D, the Jack Russell, stayed at the sanctuary kennels for a few months. He had some letdowns with applications, but now the wait is over! Weโ€™re excited to announce that he has found a home with his dad, Brendan. Jack D is enjoying life and back in a cozy home. He has been with Brendan for a week now. Doesnโ€™t he look so happy and content. ๐Ÿก

Reason For Surrender - owner ill health.

Little Rocco has recently arrived into our sanctuary. As you'll see from the picture little Rocco lost an eye as a pup due to a car accident.

Rocco is a super little gem who anyone who appreciates Pugs will adore.

He can be a little frightened of loud and fast traffic.

Rocco has a positive history with children so we will consider homes with children of any age.

Rocco may be able to live with another dog pending successful meet and greets.

We are open Wednesdays and Saturdays from 1.30pm โ€“ 3.30pm.

We visited Knockbreda parish church hall twice recently, to talk to the guides and then the Rainbows.
We were very warmly received and we all enjoyed our evening talking about Mid Antrim Animal Sanctuary. โญ๏ธโ™ฅ๏ธ
