Here at the sanctuary we strive to give all our animals the best chance of getting a new home and settling in.
6 month old Prince arrived from the pound so we have no idea if he ever had any kind of socialisation or training in his early days. So we have been doing a lot of work with him, such as lead work and getting him used to different sounds, smells and textures.
Here he is on this lovely sunny day enjoying a good poke around in the sand pit, chances are he has never felt sand before so this is a new thing for him. Safe to say he loves it! 🐾🤩🙂

Quinn has had a hard time catching people's interest and finding herself a home.
She took a few weeks to settle in and open up to people but Quinn has really blossomed into such a loving and fun girl!
She can still be a bit wary of crowds or strangers but with those she knows she's quick to come over for rubs and treats and has really thrived having a couple of doggie friends!
It might take a wee bit longer to receive her trust but you'll definitely feel like the most special person in the world for having it 🧡

A special home for Lucy 🐶
Lucy arrived with us earlier this year with her companion Jack who has since been rehomed. Lucy was then rehomed soon after but came back to us through a few issues within the home. Since then Lucy has been not coping well in kennels so we are looking for a special home for her. She is a lively young lady who loves playing with toys and chilling on the sofa. 💜Helping each other through rescue.....
Quinn, Fiadh and Ebony all came to us at different times, from different places. They were completely shut down to the world around them. It has taken a number of weeks with each Dog to build up their confidence and comfort level with people and other Dogs. And in turn, each has come along so well that they've helped the next in line. It's been a lovely sight to see them all enjoying each other's company. They've still got a way to go with many things in life but for now, they're living their best lives in rescue.

Pussums is 5 years old and finds herself in rescue due to a change in her family’s circumstances. She originally lived life as a stray until 2 years ago but she now enjoys a comfortable home life. 🐈
She can live with other Cats and we will consider a home with children of any age who show a sensible approach to Cats. 🥰
