FEI Eventing European Championships 2025 - completed✔️🇳🇴

Will jumped his socks off today to leave all the poles up, just adding some time faults. We’ve worked really hard at our jumping with Jeremy Scott this year so to jump a clear round today and finish our first senior championship on a high was really super🤩

Lots of thank yous to come but for now it’s unpacking and repacking ready to leave for Ballindenisk tomorrow night💤

Definitely not plan A out there today but we made it home and Will will have learnt so much round a championship track at only 9 years old🫶🏼

He went a bit green early on and with the carnage the track was causing I took a few more long routes than originally planned and was a bit of a 🐌 but to get home with a horse that still felt full of running was a good feeling! The aim was to be able to jump on Sunday and 🤞🏼 we will manage that!!🇳🇴

Thrilled with Will today, he tried so hard in his first championship - he got tense in his collected walk before the canter but otherwise I couldn’t fault him, maybe not the mark we were hoping for but SO proud of him🥹🇳🇴

Lots of course walking tomorrow ready for the big day on Saturday🤞🏼

Not sure I can keep this one on the down low any longer🫣😅🥰

Very excited to be heading to my first senior European Championship at Agria Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials representing Norway Norges Rytterforbund 🇳🇴 with my little superstar Cos Me Will owned by Paul & Victoria Clark and Jane Lucas.

We will give it our best shot but whatever happens I’m so proud of Will getting to this point and making dreams come true🥹

Thrilled with the boys this week in the 4*S🫶🏼

Cos Me Will jumped another super cool double clear, he was right up there but just ran steady XC to be 26/87 starters - he’s feeling so established now and he’s still only 9! Exciting month ahead🇳🇴🤞🏼

Canalatto Denfer felt really classy on the XC today, another solid run for him, just rolling a couple of poles but thrilled with him nonetheless🤩

Huge thanks to all our team at home and at Scone with us for keeping the show on the road!!🫶🏼

🌟 Hector Payne🇬🇧 / Yasmin Olsson-Payne🇳🇴 Eventing are looking for someone new to join our team for the remainder of the season and beyond🌟

We are looking for a new full time member of staff to work alongside my other full & part timers, as well as Yaz and myself.

We have a lovely yard just outside Andover in Hampshire, with around 20 horses ranging from 4yos to 4* - we have two arenas and fantastic hacking. We are looking for either someone experienced within the industry or someone willing to learn and work as part of a team. High standards and a keen eye for attention to detail whilst maintaining a sense of humour are a must!

The role entails all stable duties including management of competition horses, clipping, trimming, plaiting and turning out for competition. Happy to help in teaching all of these things for someone wanting to learn!
Hacking and lunging required, possibility for more riding for the right applicant. Opportunity to travel to events.

To start from 1st September. 5 day week. Competitive wage dependent on experience. 28 days holiday, pension scheme. Shared on-site accommodation available in self contained two-bed flat. Possibility to bring own horse.

Burgham 4*S with Cos Me Will and Canalatto Denfer🤩

So proud of Will • A beautiful test with still bits to improve for a 4* PB of 28.9, a mega clear show jumping and our fastest XC round at this level so far • not quite quick enough to keep us in the top 10 but 13th/80 is still big progress for this special 9yo🫶🏼

Dennis was in just his second 4* and gave me the coolest spin round the XC, he’s so fun to ride! He did a lovely test but was harshly marked and just rolled an unlucky pole show jumping but thrilled with how he’s stepped up to the level😻

Pretty buzzing to have another 4* pony🤩 Canalatto Denfer had his first run at the level at Aston and he was class!

Perfect day on paper? No! But Dennis tried his heart out…31 in the dressage, just one unlucky rail in the jumping which I was thrilled with in a big and technical course and a really cool XC…I let him down at the first water but I’m still learning at this level too and he was so clever to save himself in the second water and carry on to the skinny🫣🏊‍♀️ he’s done two lower level events with his owner since his last run with me in April which makes him even more special - looking forward to the next one with him!!
